Your responsibilities:

• Operational support for senior management and full-fledged representation in their absence
• Active involvement in customer service, at the register, and in the takeout and delivery service, including coordinating orders
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
• Inventory control, preparation, assistance with administrative tasks
• Friendly service, advice, and hospitality toward our guests
• Participation in campaigns, optimization of internal processes
• Responsibility for ensuring that shifts run smoothly

What you'll bring to the table:

• Experience in the restaurant industry, in customer service, takeout, or customer interaction
• Reliable, team-oriented, friendly—even in hectic situations
• Hands-on approach: You roll up your sleeves and keep everything under control
• Enjoy working with guests and colleagues
• Excellent German language skills (required)
• Knowledge of English and other languages is a plus
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Interest in Asian cuisine and modern culinary concepts

For our location in Pfäffikon, we are looking for a motivated, cheerful, and reliable person to join our service team (20–60%). Together with us, you will ensure that our guests experience fast, warm, and high-quality service.

This position is ideal for students, career changers, or those with experience in the food service industry who are looking for a flexible schedule.

Your responsibilities

• A warm welcome, friendly service, and helpful advice for our guests
• Active participation in customer service, at the register, and in the takeout and delivery services (including taking orders)
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards in the service area
• Assistance with preparatory work and with stocking and restocking the stations
• Sharing responsibility for ensuring that everything runs smoothly and pleasantly during the shift

Your Profile

• (Initial) experience in the food service industry, in customer service, at a takeout restaurant, or in customer-facing roles is a plus
• Reliable, team-oriented, friendly, and able to handle pressure—even in hectic situations
• Ability to work independently and an eye for detail
• Enjoyment of hosting and interacting with people
• Proficiency in German (required)
• English and other language skills are a plus
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (especially in the evenings, on weekends, and on holidays)
• Interest in Asian cuisine and modern culinary concepts
