We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and service-oriented individual to serve as assistant manager (f/m/d) at our GiGi Sushibar in Horgen .
You’ll serve as the management team’s right-hand person, take charge of day-to-day operations, and work with us to create an unforgettable guest experience—one that’s fast, warm, and of the highest quality.
This position is ideal for those with experience in the restaurant industry who are looking to take the next step in their career.
Your responsibilities
- Operational support for senior management and full-fledged representation in their absence
- Active involvement in customer service, at the register, and in the takeout and delivery service, including coordinating orders
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
- Inventory control, preparation, assistance with administrative tasks
- Friendly service, advice, and hospitality toward our guests
- Participation in campaigns, optimization of internal processes
- Responsibility for ensuring that shifts run smoothly
Your Profile
- Experience in the restaurant industry, in customer service, takeout, or customer interaction
- Reliable, team-oriented, friendly—even in hectic situations
- Hands-on approach: You roll up your sleeves and keep everything under control
- Enjoy working with guests and colleagues
- Excellent German language skills (required)
- Knowledge of English and other languages is a plus
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Interest in Asian cuisine and modern culinary concepts
