Take on this role and actively help shape a young team? For our GiGi Sushibar in Horgen, we’re looking for a dedicated, reliable, and service-oriented individual to serve as assistant manager (f/m/d). You’ll be the management team’s right-hand person and will be responsible for

Your responsibilities:
- Operational support for senior management and full-fledged representation in their absence
- Active involvement in customer service, at the register, and in the takeout and delivery service, including coordinating orders
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
- Inventory control, preparation, assistance with administrative tasks
- Friendly service, advice, and hospitality toward our guests
- Participation in campaigns, optimization of internal processes
- Responsibility for ensuring that shifts run smoothly
What you'll bring to the table:
- Experience in the restaurant industry, in customer service, takeout, or customer interaction
- Reliable, team-oriented, friendly—even in hectic situations
- Hands-on approach: You roll up your sleeves and keep everything under control
- Enjoy working with guests and colleagues
- Excellent German language skills (required)
- Knowledge of English and other languages is a plus
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Interest in Asian cuisine and modern culinary concepts
