We deliver quickly and reliably and use suitable packaging for transportation so that the food arrives hot or cold (sushi) and ready to eat.

Chinese table manners

Did you know that every country in Asia has special table manners that are very different from ours?

Seating arrangement

In China, for example, it is customary to sit around a round table. All the dishes and meals ordered are placed in the middle on a rotating plate. This allows each guest to try all the dishes. In a restaurant, the host orders. Even in the strict seating arrangement, the host has the place of honor and pays the bill at the end.

Behavior

Everything that is frowned upon in the West is allowed at the table: smacking, burping and slurping are completely normal. It shows that the guests like it. Historically, this behavior was triggered by Mao Zedong. He believed that in a peasant state, peasant customs looked unsuspicious ... Even smoking during meals is completely normal.

Remnants of decency

In the past, it was important to leave leftovers on the plate. This showed the chef that the guest had eaten their fill. If the plate was always empty, the chef had to keep serving more. Today, this is no longer widespread as the Chinese government advocates frugality. Better to eat up than throw away!

No problem with home delivery!

Those who order our Asian food at home are not subject to strict rules of etiquette and seating arrangements. And you don't have to leave any leftovers. Leftovers taste just as good the next day, as all the food from our restaurant has been freshly bought and prepared!

We specialize in the three classic cuisines from Japan, China and Thailand. Within each country there are other regional cuisines, each of which has a typical cuisine to offer.

Japan

Japanese cuisine mainly uses rice and fresh fish as well as other seafood. Japan is famous for its delicious sushi variations, of which we offer only the best to our customers from Wädenswil or Thalwil. There is also the popular miso soup and udon noodle soup. We also stock fresh salads with seaweed and green soybeans.

China

China also has a variety of regional specialties that are influenced by neighboring countries. Sichuan cuisine, for example, is sour and spicy and known for its fantastic kung pao chicken. We are happy to offer these to our enthusiastic customers from Adliswil, Pfäffikon, Au, Hirzel, Horgen, Horgenberg, Richterwil, Samstagern and Wädenswil.

Thailand

Our customers love the jasmine rice, which is popular in Thai cuisine. A lot of the cooking here is done with seafood and aquatic plants. The papaya salad from eastern Thailand and the hot and sour prawn soup tom yam from traditional Thai cuisine are particularly popular. Of course, we also have both dishes on our menu.
